MICHAEL J. HALL
Practice Principal, Physiotherapist

Michael graduated in 1988 from Lincoln Institute/Latrobe University, completing his Physiotherapy degree in Canada. Michael’s extensive experience in the treatment of spinal and sports injuries includes being in charge of physiotherapy for the Cedar Court Back Rehabilitation Program and Ormond Football Club.
He has travelled extensively throughout the USA and Canada visiting and working in some of the finest spinal and sports rehabilitation centres in the world. Michael has also completed many sports, spinal and musculoskeletal post-graduate courses including Geoff Maitland, Muscle Energy, Vladimir Yanda, Robin McKenzie, Mulligan, Shirley Sahmann, Clinical Pilates, Paul Chek just to name a few. Michael was project manager, author and trainer for the Focus On You Health Management Software Program- a program designed to empower people through education and training to improve their own health.
Michael above all is a people’s person who enjoys the outdoors and is passionate about empowering people to live fulfilled and healthy lives.
Leigh brings a wealth of experience to Bodywise Health, having completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences & Masters in Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University. He also has a background in Exercise Science, having completed another Bachelor degree at RMIT University.
Leigh is an avid believer in continued professional development and has completed several post-graduate courses in rehabilitation. He is also a clinical mentor for new graduate Physiotherapists.
Leigh has extensive experience in the musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy sector; he has been a Physiotherapist for the Victorian State Netball and Hockey Centre, Mulgrave FC and Bendigo South FNC.
As his career has progressed, Leigh has also developed a keen interest in Corporate Health, having an association with various companies as an onsite Physiotherapist to drive prevention of injuries and assist in changing processes for a safer workplace.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy from Latrobe University.
She is an avid powerlifter and has a strong interest in strength conditioning, acute sport injuries, and occupational related conditions.
Brittany has spent time in South East Asia working with paediatric patients with a large range of neurological disorders; she has developed a keen interest in providing disability support in conjunction with the NDIS.
Brittany believes in a holistic approach to her client’s rehabilitation and treatments including Hydrotherapy, Dry Needling and Clinical Pilates.
Wilson graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours).
His professional interests involve gerontology, chronic pain management and sports injuries, and is looking to develop his interests further while at Bodywise Health.
Outside of work Wilson likewise furthers his love of sport by indulging in long distance running and paddle boarding. He follows Geelong in the AFL and is parent to a border collie named ‘Sparky’.
Jessica obtained her Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice from La Trobe University.
Her main special interest is women’s health, and she also loves working with runners as that is what she does in her spare time
Jessica loves running, swimming and going to the gym. She is currently training for a half Iron man in early 2022. She grew up in Tasmania and love hiking there in her spare time.

Elicia is a professional member with the Myotherapy and Massage Association and Sport Medicine Australia and is well qualified in multiple disciplines including remedial, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage massage, pregnancy massage, aromatherapy and reflexology.
Elicia has vast experience working in chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy, day spas, nursing homes and sports medicine clinics as well as with sporting teams/professionals such as AFL (Essendon Football Club), Rugby Union (Melbourne Rebels), Triathlon Australia and Victoria, Gymnastic Australia and Victoria and Lacrosse Australia. In her sporting capacity, she includes experience as a sports trainer and team manager locally, Nationally and internationally with Football and Lacrosse.
